I’m Shawn Smith the owner of “Factotum Guy L.L.C”. I’m a lifelong resident of Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center and really enjoy working with people in this community.

I’ve been a tinkerer and mechanical person all my life. From an early age I would take things apart and put them back together. I eventually started doing minor repairs on my mothers home and for the neighbors.

Factotum Guy L.L.C is a family owned and operated business. We compete with the larger companies such as Handyman Connection, Mr. Handyman, or the other franchise style businesses. The key to our success are loyal customers and ongoing referrals — we very much appreciate all business!
