We will give you a detailed estimate and contract based on your description of the work. You will supply all selected items for the project, such as faucets, fixtures, and cabinets. Upon acceptance of our estimate, we require a deposit of 50% of the project or $5,000 (whichever is lower) to hold a specific start date.
